The Interview Process
All shortlisted nominees will be asked to complete a final stage face-to-face interview with our judges on Wednesday 10 July at ECA's London office - Rotherwick House.
We want to encourage all eligible apprentices to enter by demystifying the judging process and helping them understand what they can expect from the interview if they're successfully shortlisted. It's important to remember – the interviewers will be trying to bring the best out in you, not catch you out!
