Gary Parker, Head of Technical Standards at ECA and John Harris, Head of Business Development at CompEx, will be discussing what a hazardous area is, and the legislation, regulation, and competencies that you need to know about in order to ensure your employees’ safety when they encounter these situations.
The presenters will cover topics such as:
- The importance of understanding what a hazardous area is and having the right tools and equipment to do the job safely
- Two European Directives for controlling explosive atmospheres
- How this will impact your business
