Established in 1975, the ECA Edmundson Award is widely recognised as being one of the premier training awards across the electrotechnical and engineering services industry. The award aims to recognise outstanding electrical apprentices who not only have good technical skills but are role models for others in the industry.

Why enter your apprentice?
The award presents a great opportunity to increase the profile of your business within the industry and when your apprentices are recognised as the best in the industry, your business becomes even more attractive as an employer. Plus, even if you don't win, recognition is given to the top three entrants and their employers!
Does your apprentice qualify to enter?
This award is only open to electrical apprentices employed by ECA Member businesses. The apprentice must have passed the AM2/AM2S since April 2024, and have completed their apprenticeship.
