ECA launches business hub to support Members’ growth 

This week, ECA launched the Growth Hub, an exciting new resource designed to equip Members with the skills and knowledge needed to strengthen and grow their businesses.

This dedicated training service provides expert-led courses, building on ECA’s existing expert Member support to provide business-focused and tailored training courses developed specifically for electrical and engineering services businesses. 

To support Members in accessing high quality training, every ECA Member receives an annual funding allocation, helping to cover or subsidise the cost of Growth Hub courses.

All courses will be hosted online, offering maximum flexibility for attendees. The first course, Managing Contracts, explores contract management from start to finish, focusing on the principles, rights, obligations and duties of each party. As the concept develops, more courses and resources will be added to the offering, including Estimating for Electrical Contractors, and Mastering Money Matters.
