Help ECA's President raise money for the Electrical Industries Charity

On Sunday 15th September, ECA President Stuart Smith is set to take part in the London to Brighton cycle ride to raise funds for the Electrical Industries Charity

The EIC has worked for over 100 years to support the welfare and betterment of individuals associated with the electrical and energy industry.

The Charity covers the full electrical industry and energy industries, which is over 1 million people. This spans from the generation & renewables sector, manufacturing, installers & contractors and retail & distribution.

Stuart Smith said, "To aid the EIC in their vital work, supporting our industry through issues like terminal illness, financial hardship, mental health struggles, relationship breakdowns and offering services such as will-writing and CV revamping, I have committed to participating in the challenging London to Brighton Cycle Ride in 2024.

"Pedalling across the picturesque 54-mile route, I aim to raise substantial funds for the EIC. Your support on this cycling journey would be truly appreciated, as it can make a tangible difference by providing essentials like food for a family, school uniforms, heating for a home or funding counselling sessions."
