ECA is always creating new content for its virtual bookshelf of guidance and templates. The team, guided and supervised by the Members within the Business Policy & Practice Committee, would like your help in order to create the following resources for Members:
- ECA template Business2Consumer contract for use by Members who deal direct with consumers.
If you work with consumers, please email candc@eca.co.uk with the subject “ECA B2C Contract”, as we’d like to test the template with Members who work with consumers before publishing.
- ECA template loan labour agreement to underpin the Loan Labour Guidance and ECA Loan Labour Scheme.
If you have experience with the ECA Loan Labour Scheme or have considered it as a viable alternative to using agency labour, please email candc@eca.co.uk with the subject “ECA Loan Labour”, as we’d like to test the template with Members who are interested.
