ECA has published a short report summarising the current market practice collected from the UK Reward Management short survey for ECA Members. The report provides a summary of industry market practice in Reward.
The annual ECA Staff Salary & Benefits Survey, which is run exclusively for our larger Members, is now into its 6th year. This will be sent out to qualifying Members shortly and in exchange for contributing, you will receive a free copy of the survey findings in November. They will include an analysis of pay and benefits for key industry positions.
