Please respond to this important industry survey
Dear colleagues, those of you whose businesses are in the JIB may already have been contacted, but as a flag up or reminder, please help us to maximise industry responses to the new JIB reportable accident survey, covering 2022. Many of you will recall that this has long been highly regarded by industry stakeholders, including the HSE.
Essentially, the survey asks for RIDDOR-reportable accident information which is readily available in all ESHS Group member companies. Your survey response will help us to show industry leadership, producing industry-wide accident trend and causation data that will help to inform and drive continual health and safety improvement.
Please note: as a survey respondent you will receive headline information about the Survey findings, providing an opportunity for reportable and over one day accident rate benchmarking.
The deadline for survey responses is 1 February 2023 - though for ECA/JIB Members this can flex up to 6 Feb if that helps.
Your response to the Survey can help to make a big difference our industry’s capacity to monitor and identify where more needs to be done to prevent future accidents.
