There is a shortage of electricians in England. Electricians are crucial to society and the economy, but are too often overlooked by policy makers.

There aren’t enough competent, qualified electricians, with significant differences between regions. ECA launched its Recharging Electrical Skills Charter at the House of Commons. The Charter highlights the significance of the electrical contracting sector and electrical skills in achieving the UK's net zero goals.
