ECA has just launched a new course, 'Introduction to Electrical Quantity Surveying (M99)' to meet demand from electrical contractors who need an awareness of the principles of Quantity Surveying (QS).
Combining theoretical and practical elements, the course aims to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of:
- the measurement process when compiling variations in contract
- the legal principles surrounding variations
- the rules of valuing variations, including basic principles of measurement
The course is taught by two QS industry professionals who bring a wealth of up to date knowledge and relevant experience to the training. This course will not turn delegates into qualified quantity surveyors but should close some of the knowledge gaps they currently may have.
