Are you free for filming in September/October? If so, Channel 4 is looking for an electrical contractor to take part in a competition to win a cottage in Yorkshire.
Twelve families, each with a specialism or trade, will compete to complete a different task in the cottage. At the end of the week, the families will present their case to the villagers, stating the improvements they’ve made and what value they can bring to the village.
Families are voted off until six families remain, at this point the grand final takes place and the villagers choose the winning family. This family then has to permanently relocate to Yorkshire to live in the cottage they have worked on.
