The ECA Management Development programme will run across a number of ECA regions in 2011.
Registered Members can access the programme with full funding, on top of their annual funding allowance. There are two stages – Supervisor and Manager – and candidates can either undertake a single stage or the full programme (both stages).
Candidates have the option to pursue a formal CMI qualification after their training and companies whose employees achieve the relevant CMI award receive a £250 CMI incentive grant per stage.
